Customer Success Team Lead, BizAway

• You have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)
• You have a strong understanding of the customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth
• You are commercially minded and confident with upselling and contract negotiations
• You are comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and dashboards to track KPIs
• You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• You are fluent in English and French

• We are looking for a Customer Success Team Lead (French-speaking, m/f/d) based in Barcelona who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team
• As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6–8 Customer Success Executives (CSEs) managing BizAway’s corporate client portfolios in the French / Middle East and Growth Markets
• You will be fully focused on your team’s success, enabling them to hit their quotas across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and upselling, and of course stepping in to support them as needed
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of CSEs to deliver client satisfaction, growth, and retention targets
• Support your team in complex client situations (renewals, escalations, upsell conversations) when needed
• Monitor client portfolio health and performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce
• Ensure consistent processes and best practices across the CS team
• Collaborate closely with Product, Service, and Support teams to solve client issues and represent the customer voice
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to your team to accelerate their professional growth
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the client journey and enhance BizAway’s growth
