Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a strong preference for candidates from a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Finance to effect positive change
- Deep, hands-on understanding of contemporary sales and marketing operations tools, including advanced marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (and emerging AI technologies)
- Experience managing global teams and supporting diverse regional requirements in a high-growth environment
- A data-driven mindset who will partner with our Marketing Analysts and help translate operational metrics into actionable insights for business leaders
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing managers and specialists to drive operational excellence and support career growth
What the job involves
- We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of our global marketing and XDR engines, ensuring tools, processes, automation and AI scale with our rapid growth
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the marketing organization, focusing on marketing automation, lead and campaign management, data cleanliness and tying that back to results and ROMI
- Support day-to-day operations for Marketing and XDR teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, for new customer logos and customer expansion teams
- Build and lead a global focus on centralized best practices, enablement, and consistent marketing processes across all regions ensuring we are optimizing with automation and AI
- Ensure all marketing applications are fully integrated, effectively serving business needs, and adhering to a cohesive global strategy
- Own marketing automation strategy and execution globally and within the regions to drive improved business outcomes and funnel conversion
- Partner with the VP of Marketing Operations and senior stakeholders in Sales, IT and other departments to streamline marketing effectiveness and impact across the organization

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice, this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.
While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.
JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
