What the job involves

  • As an Account Executive at heyData, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth
  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets
  • Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address any concerns
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products/services.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences
