Channel Solutions Associate, Maven Clinic

• 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
• A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• As a Channel Solutions Associate, you’ll support operational initiatives across our channels, including growth initiatives and AI
• You’ll serve as a central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence
• This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and shape the way Maven expands through our channels
• Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing
• Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
• Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
• 20 hours per week for 16 weeks starting as soon as possible
