Role
Who you are
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within the logistics or transportation industries
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Proficient in communication, presentations, public speaking, leading agendas, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders of different seniority levels, from IT managers to executives or company owners
- Personal Attributes: Possess empathy, curiosity, drive, and ambition to succeed
- SaaS Experience: Previous experience in B2B SaaS is advantageous
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API/EDI integrations in logistics or transportation industries is beneficial
What the job involves
- Shippeo is seeking a proactive Carrier Account Manager to join our team
- Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in integrating carriers onto our platform, ensuring seamless and successful implementations
- Carrier Integration: Present Shippeo's solution to carriers, engage decision-makers, and lead the entire integration process
- Technical Solutions: Define and manage technical specifications with carriers, ensuring integrations are delivered as planned
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key carrier accounts, meeting with their management teams to deeply understand their operations and technical structures
- Ongoing Support: Maintain regular contact with carrier accounts to ensure compliance with client projects and create use cases that demonstrate the benefits Shippeo provides
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to execute carrier onboarding activities within the defined KPIs
