Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or a sales department

What the job involves

Bluesight seeks an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to work closely with sales team members and marketing to develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
We’re looking for someone who can drive revenue results through lead generation and new opportunity creation
This position will primarily call on hospital pharmacy and compliance leadership
Collaborate with Sales team to identify and target strategic accounts that fit our ICP and prioritize plays using outbound cadences (~60% of focus)
Take ownership of Marketing leads to continue to build on initial interest and develop willingness to consider, intent to act and book a qualified meeting with Sales (~40% of focus)
Understand hospital pharmacy and compliance challenges and pain points and be able to articulate how Bluesight can help them
Establish new business relationships with potential customers to facilitate a seamless handoff to sales executives
Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce and Apollo
