Who you are

1–3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or hardware environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle many moving parts
Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a candidate-first mindset
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
Passion for building great teams and enabling great hiring

What the job involves

As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our hiring engine, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience, interviews are well-orchestrated, and our internal processes are running efficiently.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure no detail falls through the cracks
Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and coordinate across time zones for candidates and interviewers
Own communications with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and an outstanding experience
Maintain and update our ATS (we use Rippling) to ensure accuracy in candidate records and reporting
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine interview plans and scheduling strategies
Prepare offer letters, organize feedback debriefs, and help move candidates quickly through the funnel
Support employer branding and hiring events as needed
Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting

Our take

The field of robotics has advanced massively in the last few years, to the point where androids no longer belong to the realm of science fiction. 1X, formerly known as Halodi Robotics, is developing androids capable of human-like movement and behaviour, to employ in workplaces and homes across the globe.

1X's androids are strong enough to move shipments but gentle enough to handle fragile items, making them ideal for work in retail storerooms or distribution centers. In addition, they are able to open doors and take elevators, meaning it is simple to fit them into workplaces without making large adjustments.

Its home models have perhaps had the most attention, as the media and public are intrigued by the idea of an "intelligent android assistant" for the home. Although the adoption of working androids is still in its early stages, 1X has certainly made a splash in the space and may well be one to watch as it helps to shape the future of robotics.
