Desirable

• You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible
• As we grow, we will be adding more people to the team. This will allow the successful candidate to refine their role
• Analyse data using SQL
• Provide data extracts, analysis and dashboard reporting to all areas of the business, helping to determine opportunities and support solutions
• Assist the wider business in providing the best customer support they can
• Develop, optimise and action daily operational process controls
• Monitor internal and third-party functionality
• Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes
• Investigate,help diagnose and resolve issues
• Automate recurring MI and optimise processes using SQL and Python
• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
