Who you are
- 1–3 years of professional work experience, ideally with exposure to HR or People operations
- Experience with recruitment coordination, sourcing, and candidate outreach
- General knowledge of HR best practices, procedures, and policies
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong project management, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll report directly to the VP of People & Culture and work closely with our HR Generalist to support all areas of the People function. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and retain great talent, while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work
- Team & Role Support:
- Partner with the VP of People & Culture and HR Generalist to support initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth People operations
- Assist with light office management duties, including ordering supplies, keeping the office well stocked with snacks and beverages, and helping maintain a welcoming and comfortable workspace
- Recruitment:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and departments
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) from initial contact through to hire
- Assist in reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial phone screens for entry-level and early-career roles
- Employee Experience:
- Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for employee questions related to People policies, benefits, and programs
- Help design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences to set new hires up for success
- Support company culture and engagement initiatives, including employee events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee and company information
- Partner with the People team to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of the employee experience
- General People Operations:
- Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- Provide backup coverage for the HR Generalist as needed
- Contribute ideas to improve People processes and enhance the employee experience
