Role
Who you are
- 5+ years’ experience of Product Ownership in B2C eCommerce
- Substantial experience of acting as a Product Owner for the development of web-based systems and mobile apps
- Familiarity with Scrum (or an equivalent agile development process)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can express product requirements in a clear, structured fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ideally, a degree in a computing or related discipline. This is, however, not essential
- Prior experience with Shopify would be a distinct advantage
What the job involves
- Work closely with our engineering team to deliver high- quality enhancements to Untamed’s software products and platforms
- Ensure we have a clear backlog of work ready to be prioritised into sprints: review incoming “software change requests” from our users and triage, clarify, validate, and add them to the backlog
- Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
- Lead the end-to-end discovery phase for new non-trivial initiatives

Unlike most industry leaders, Untamed allows cat owners to receive a personalised and tailor-made food plan with a science-based approach.
Untamed's growth strategy is based on this approach of providing tailored and high-quality food to consumers, rather than focusing on unhealthy bulk production. With healthy funding under its belt, the company is on the road to raising food standards across the industry, leading by example.
