• Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, service, compliance) to analyze and document how new products and opportunities will impact operational processes and the systems involved
• Take that analysis and turn it into actionable requirements that can be handed over to the teams tasked with building and/or implementation
• Assist in the managing and updating of a long-term solution roadmap, and contributing to prioritization of the initiatives on the roadmap
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes as updates are made
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and prioritization
