CRM Manager, 3Commas

• 3+ years in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing, or growth automation
• Proven experience running CRM campaigns in fintech, trading, or crypto platforms
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or similar)
• Experience with mobile CRM (push, in-app messaging, dynamic triggers)
• Strong analytical mindset - able to read funnel data, run cohort analysis, and interpret retention metrics (SQL or basic data querying is a plus)
• Fluent in English with exceptional clarity in written communication

Desirable

• As CRM Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing across email, push, in-app messaging, and automated flows - designing intelligent user journeys tailored to the behavior of crypto traders
• Your mission is to improve activation, increase trading retention, reduce churn, and unlock revenue uplift through segmentation, automation, and data-driven experimentation
• This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who understands the psychology of trading users, knows how to craft compelling lifecycle communications, and can balance creativity with analytics
• Develop and own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across all customer touchpoints (email, push, in-app, web)
• Map trader journeys (from first deposit to high-frequency trading) and design behavior-based automation flows
• Create segmented communication frameworks based on trading volume, product usage, risk appetite, portfolio holdings, and regional preferences
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to activate new users, retain active traders, and reactivate churned cohorts
• Execute continuous A/B and multivariate testing on messaging, incentives, and triggers
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align CRM efforts with product launches, trading feature rollouts, and key market events
• Monitor core lifecycle KPIs: activation rate, retention curves (D1/D7/D30), reactivation rate, open/click-through/conversion rates, LTV, ARPU per segment
• Translate data insights into actionable campaign improvements and report findings to leadership with clarity and precision
• Ensure CRM performance dashboards are maintained and reliable
• Maintain clean user segments and list hygiene, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and relevant crypto marketing regulations
• Stay ahead of CRM trends, trading user behavior patterns, and competitive lifecycle strategies in the fintech/crypto space
