• This role will be responsible for driving performance, managing partnerships, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Finance, & Legal to ensure programs support major launches and align with key business objectives
• Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and review potential influencer and creator partners across key platforms
• Review content and provide actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment
• Lead testing & ideation for upcoming influencer campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on weekly influencer performance to leadership and cross functional partners
• Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on performance
• Generate tracking codes and links for campaigns
• Conduct competitive reviews to benchmark and optimize strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and influencer agency
• Affiliate Marketing:
• Review and approve new affiliate partner opportunities
• Manage day-to-day affiliate approvals and communications
• Oversee performance reporting and campaign measurement, iterating off of insights
• Track, analyze, and report on weekly affiliate performance to leadership and cross functional partners
• Issue and manage affiliate tracking codes
• Handle voucher code reversals and compliance monitoring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and affiliate agency
