Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in customer success engineering or technical support, ideally in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

- As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll play a key technical role in ensuring customers successfully implement, integrate, and use our products
- You’ll work collaboratively with teams worldwide, combining technical expertise and a passion for customer success to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- 1. Customer Implementation & Integration
- Support new customer onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation and integration
- Understand customer technical requirements and configure solutions accordingly
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and best practices
- 2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, partners, and colleagues
- Gain deep knowledge of the Solidatus product and tech stack
- Communicate directly with customers, providing timely and effective resolution of issues
- Lead root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex challenges
- Improve support workflows to enhance the overall customer experience
- 3. Customer Success Enablement
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive engagement and collaboration
