Role
Who you are
- A Native American English speaker based in North America, ideally on the East Coast
- A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation
- You’ve got experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales and understand the needs of hoteliers
- Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Excellent communicator who knows how to build strong relationships with clients

What the job involves
- As a Sales and Revenue Manager at RoomPriceGenie, you’ll be the go-to expert for our hotel clients, guiding them through pricing strategies and ensuring they get the most out of our cutting-edge technology
- You'll be the face of the company, supporting clients from free trial to fully onboarded success stories, while playing a key role in shaping the future of our product with your insights

- Be the main point of contact for our hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies to ensure their success
- Own the journey from lead to loyal customer—taking over leads, supporting them during setup, and maintaining feedback loops to keep them happy
- Build your own network in the industry, sourcing your own deals and growing a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with our tech team, giving valuable input on product improvements based on real client feedback
- Shape the future of a fast-growing startup by bringing your creative ideas and fresh approaches to the table
Our take
Setting and managing room rates is a constant headache for small and medium-sized hotels. Even slight pricing errors can make the difference between profit and loss, and without expert knowledge, they're often left navigating this crucial aspect of their business blindfolded.
RoomPriceGenie's solution simplifies this process by providing an automated pricing system that leverages data analysis to optimise rates. By analysing data from up to 500 nearby properties, it allows hotel managers, even those without prior experience in price management systems, to make informed decisions and maximise revenue.
Recognising the potential of RoomPriceGenie, BADideas.fund invested heavily in the company, as did Five Elms Capital in 2025 with $75 million in VC funding. These votes of confidence, coupled with the company's global ambitions, arm RoomPriceGenie with the chance to capture a significant market share and revolutionise the way small and medium-sized hotels approach pricing.
