Sales Executive, Study Mind

• Keen to get involved in roles such as event management, sales, operations, marketing

Desirable

• Remote role selling educational services to parents and ad-hoc in person event management
• A flexible work from home schedule for 30-40h per week, with the ability to work weekends and any time between 9am - 9pm (we can work with you to fix a schedule to suit you)
• Your main role will be speaking to new customers enquiring about tuition. Usually these calls are 10-20 minutes and involve having a friendly chat to answer the customer's questions, explain our tutoring programmes and build a positive first impression
• Alongside calls, we would like you to be involved in various projects in the company. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual keen to learn and get involved in various tasks, whether it be managing social media channels, course development, sales strategy, marketing, operations and more. We will teach you these tasks step-by-step, so no prior specialist experience is required
• Attend and oversee in person STEM workshops at schools in England once a month (we will cover travel) and ensure they run smoothly (we will teach you how to do this)
• Ability to get involved in growth and development of a fast-growing start-up
• Get stuck in with our marketing team and help generate ideas to increase sales
• Element of managing operations such as event management, planning and speaking to teachers about upcoming dates
