• Proven track record of creating and executing successful events from start to finish
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Comfortable managing tactical execution while juggling multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Resourceful, self-starting mindset and collaborative team spirit
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of the time

Desirable

• Own the end-to-end planning, promotion, execution, budget, and follow-up of marketing events
• Lead project management of event deliverables including production, design, speakers, content, and sponsorships
• Spearhead promotional initiatives both internally and externally to drive awareness and engagement
• Be accountable for event registration and attendance metrics, and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate onsite staff schedules, travel logistics, and roles/responsibilities
• Serve as the primary logistical and technical lead during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time
• Stay on top of event industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance impact
• Manage multiple event programs simultaneously across formats and audiences
