• As Senior Data Security Engineer, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our digital ecosystem. Collaborate with dynamic teams across Data, Engineering, Privacy, HR, and Compliance to architect cutting-edge security solutions that drive innovation and protect our business
• You will report to the Associate Director, Privacy & Compliance Engineering
• Spearhead a More Secure Data Management Lifecycle: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data security framework encompassing data creation, storage, usage, sharing, and deletion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Design and Implement Safer Data Access: Architect and deploy granular access control mechanisms, leveraging technologies like column and row level access controls to ensure proper data access is consistently enforced and least privilege principles are met
• Drive Strategic Security Initiatives: Lead ad-hoc security projects aligned with broader technology and organizational goals, contributing to the development and execution of the long-term security roadmap
• Measure and Report on Security Initiatives: Develop innovative metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the impact of security initiatives, providing clear, actionable insights for executives and ensuring accountability to stakeholders
• Champion Security Best Practices and Culture: Partner with internal stakeholders to refine security standards and promote a security-first mindset throughout the organization
