Role
Who you are
- 1-2+ years of telesales experience (ideally in B2B, although not required)
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Experience in a 360 sales cycle
- A proven track record of working to KPIs
- An understanding of SMEs and their financial workings
- Enthusiasm for building client relationships through outreach across various channels including phone, email, and video calls
What the job involves
- You'll be managing your own portfolio of Customer accounts
- You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to ramping up card spend and account management
- This is a telephone-based role (no face-to-face or field sales involved)
- You’ll primarily be contacting SME owner-directors selling our award-winning business credit card
- Making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day
- Identify target industries and organisations by working closely with the sales & growth teams
- Prospect into target organisations using a range of outbound sales tools, campaigns and referrals
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly KPIs and new acquisition figures to build toward your quarter target
- Contribute to revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management
