What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced Social Media Assistant to look after day-to-day management of all Goodnotes social media channels
- Producing regular short-form video content for Tiktok and Instagram
- Responding to comments
- Engaging with accounts in our niche
- Sourcing UGC from our community
- Posting regularly across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook
- Reporting on KPI’s weekly
- Support the social media manager with content ideation for campaigns
- Edit asset templates using Canva
- Support cross-department collaboration on projects
Application process
- A call with our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager. They want to hear more about your experience, what you are looking for, and why you'd like to join GoodNotes
- A take-home assignment for you to showcase your skills
- Panel interview. You will get the chance to speak to 2 or 3 people you’d be working closely with. This will be a 45 minute interview focused more on your culture fit with GoodNotes. You will also be expected to prepare a short presentation on something you are passionate about
- An interview with our Head of Brand & Product Marketing

Goodnotes is a digital note-taking tool for handwritten notes and (formerly) paper-based information. Thanks to its signature vector ink engine, the app delivers a precise and natural writing experience.
