We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our clients' success to new heights

🏰 Deliver exceptional customer support
🤝 Foster and develop valuable relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our services
💰 Identify opportunities for upselling our software products and services through regular customer reviews
️ Act as the go-to person for escalated issues that require special attention beyond the capabilities of our Client/Project Management team
🤖 Collaborate with other teams to meet customer needs, monitor success metrics, and suggest improvements when necessary
🏫 Create and organize training resources, such as online courses, webinars, and workshops, to empower our clients and enhance their EVA experience
📣 Advocate for our customers within EVA, effectively communicating their needs and requirements to our Product and Business Analysis teams
