What the job involves

We are seeking a Paid Search Associate Director who can confidently lead client relationships while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns
This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management
You’ll be responsible for guiding client strategy, overseeing performance, and ensuring flawless execution of paid search campaigns from end to end
Client Strategy & Leadership:
Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions
Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals
Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts
Campaign Management & Execution:
Oversee end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting
Actively manage campaigns using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, SA360, and Google Analytics
Monitor performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms to ensure KPIs are met
Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive measurable client impact
Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied
Analysis & Reporting:
Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients
Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting
