Engineering Team Lead, Chainstack

• Proven engineering leadership experience — at least 1 year leading backend or infrastructure teams
• Strong proficiency in Go, with hands-on experience in building production-grade systems
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, API design, and high-availability architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes (or Nomad) for container orchestration in production
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible
• Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with web/application servers, databases, and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide teams in a fully remote environment

• In this role you'll lead a team of engineers building a platform to manage and scale blockchain infrastructure
• Oversee systems that handle authentication, rate limiting, request routing, and data access across multiple blockchain networks
• Design off-chain data storage solutions and APIs for internal and external consumers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering output with product and infrastructure goals
• Mentor and support team members through regular 1:1s, technical feedback, and growth planning
• Participate in hiring and shaping team culture
• Balance leadership and technical contributions—whether hands-on or in a guiding capacity
