Who you are
- This role is perfect for someone with strong marketing knowledge and data modelling skills who is passionate about developing sophisticated marketing analytics solutions
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, data engineering, data science, or a related role
- Proficiency in Python and SQL + experience in building data pipelines and ELT workflows with tools like Airflow and dbt
- Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, and MMP solutions such as Adjust
- In-depth understanding of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Criteo) and their tracking and reporting methods
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery, with expertise in optimising code for big data
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical, non-technical and senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional projects
- Fluency in English
- It's a plus if you have prior experience in developing marketing attribution models and marketing mix models

- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Attribution & Modelling Analyst - (m/f/d) to take ownership of our marketing analytics framework and help us make data-informed decisions to optimize efficiency and ROI of our multi-channel marketing funnel
- Develop marketing attribution and media mix models to increase ROI across the marketing funnel
- Leverage your expertise in marketing attribution by applying models such as First-Touch, Last-Touch, Linear, Time-Decay, and Data-Driven Attribution (DDA) to assess multi-channel marketing efforts
- Collaborate with data scientists to enhance modelling techniques and address complex marketing problems using advanced statistical methods
- Support senior leadership to define and drive multi-channel marketing and budgeting strategies
- Work cross-functionally with online, app, and offline marketing teams to establish requirements and deliver insights on key performance metrics
- Work alongside fellow analysts to monitor and analyze performance metrics from platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and others, integrating their tracking and reporting methods
- Develop and maintain efficient ETL pipelines and work on data modelling for marketing in our Data Lake
- Build and maintain robust dashboards in the BI tool to monitor and improve marketing efficiency, incorporating automations and alerts to catch trends and anomalies early

AutoScout24 is an online classifieds platform for new and used vehicles that’s been expanding its reach across 10 European markets for over two decades now. This period, however, offers a unique opportunity for growth - and AutoScout24 appears to be taking full advantage.
Both the new and used cars markets saw a big kick recently, as semiconductor shortages hobbled production lines and backlogs saw consumers opting for used vehicles instead. This meant big movement on the AutoScout24 platform, and the company used that to renovate its offering.
As it takes full advantage of the market, it has recently expanded its global reach by acquiring Canada's Trader Corporation, strengthening its position in both European and Canadian markets. A promising acquisition that positions AutoScout24 for continued growth in the automotive sector.
