- A proven background in account management, particularly in retaining and expanding existing client accounts

What the job involves
- We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while driving renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue potential
- Managing a portfolio of accounts focused on retention, renewals, and upselling strategies
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further engagement and growth
- Utilizing sales tools and insights to prepare forecasts, track opportunities, and drive performance
- Collaborating with various internal teams to create tailored proposals and ensure successful campaign execution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts
