Role
Who you are
- You hold a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Web Development, or Business, paired with a passion for technology
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management, boasting a comprehensive understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem
- Your previous customer-facing experiences have honed your ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from operational teams to C-suite executives
- You have experience in leading discovery sessions to design sophisticated blueprints, functional scopes, or business requirement documents
- You are a seasoned problem solver with a track record of leading design sessions and crafting detailed, technical solutions for SaaS platforms
- You are familiar with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs)
- Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages such as French, German or Spanish are highly advantageous
- You’re ready to travel across the EMEA region - not expected to exceed 40%
What the job involves
- Join our EMEA team as a B2C Solution Consultant and become the Mirakl expert and trusted advisor pivotal to the successful integration of our platform within our clients' e-commerce ecosystems
- From the moment a deal closes, you will be instrumental in ensuring rapid and successful platform launches, providing expert advice on architecture and features
- Support the effective and successful launch of Mirakl platforms at our customers, working as a team with your Customer Success Consultant counterpart
- During the project phase: guide our customers in their understanding of our product, and towards the right architectural and functional choices to shape their future marketplace via solutions presentations and design workshops. Support them as they move through the integration and developments required to achieve this plan, up to go live
- After first marketplace go-live: identify key strategic developments (eg international or new business model expansion, omnichannel services, etc.) or additional functional adoptions to further strengthen the success of the marketplace. Support customers in the implementation of such initiatives
- Identify design or implementation issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers and our Product teams, enhancing customer understanding of the Mirakl Platform's value, and channeling customer feedback into product development
- Manage multiple projects (6 to 8) simultaneously, adapting quickly to diverse environments and acquiring new skills and processes
- Actively contribute to the development of the team delivering reusable assets, success stories and helping the community grow
- Continuously train yourself on Mirakl new feature releases and keep a close eye on the Product roadmap, to achieve this Trusted Advisor position
Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
