Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with basic coding knowledge, and be well-versed in Agile and Kanban methodologies
- This role requires excellent communication skills, especially in a customer-oriented context, and fluency in English
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German will be considered a significant advantage
- Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
- Basic coding knowledge (understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar)
- Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is highly desirable
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus
What the job involves
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
- Understand and communicate complex technical requirements and solutions
- Ensure that the team’s technical output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
