Role
Who you are
- Minimum 4 years' experience delivering brand partnerships, sponsorships or commercial activations with the ability to quickly assume responsibility for existing projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong production experience, ideally within live events, entertainment and immersive experiences
- Comfortable operating in high pressure, deadline-driven environments with multiple moving parts
- Proven ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, clients and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building abilities
- A strong understanding of current brand, cultural and experiential trends
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Calmness under pressure and confidence within live production environments
- Strong commercial awareness alongside operational rigour
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery
- Passion for entertainment, immersive experiences and brand storytelling
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and production minded Partnerships Account Manager to join our team on a part-time contract
- This role is ideal for someone who can quickly integrate into a fast paced production environment and take ownership of delivering best-in-class brand partnerships from day one
- Created to support the delivery of Secret Cinema's upcoming productions: Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Immersive Adventure, the role will play a critical part during key planning, build and live delivery phases
- The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering our commercial brand partnerships from initial deal completion through to live execution, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard
- Location & Hybrid Working Model: This is a part-time, 3-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to convert to a permanent role
- Qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area
- To maintain the collaborative, fast-paced energy required to mount our productions, the standard expectation is a minimum of 2 days per week in the office/on-site, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder
- We are ideally seeking someone available to start as soon as possible
- Deliver brand partnerships from origination through to live production and post-campaign reporting
- Lead the delivery of all commercial and production rights across the partner portfolio
- Deliver exceptional client servicing and relationship management across all accounts
- Work closely with internal marketing, creative and production teams to integrate partners authentically into each experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders confidently and professionally across complex, fast-moving projects
- Work on-site to supervise physical partner installations, capture content and host during performances
- Compile regular status reports, timelines, partnership documentation and progress updates
- Assist with partnership budgeting, financial tracking and invoicing
- Provide additional support across the partnerships department as required, including creating POs, organising files and content sharing
- Always act in accordance with Company policies and procedures, and carry out other tasks as required from time to time, inline with company objectives

Aiming to connect a worldwide audience with theatre, opera and dance productions, to date it has sold over 70 million tickets to 200,000 shows listed on its platform.
While numerous ticket sellers exist, TodayTix was an innovator in this area, arriving at a time when mobile devices accounted for less than 1/1000th of all theatrical ticket sales. Standing out with its extensive tech stack including widgets, API and white label software for its partners, it is able to provide an excellent customer experience with a checkout process of less than 30 seconds. This has led to around 5% of all sales on Broadway being processed through TodayTix's platform today.
Since 2020, TodayTix has focused heavily on acquisitions, focusing on tech-forward, advertising, theatre and cultural event companies. These include Goldstar, Show-Score, Arthouse, Encore, and Broadway Roulette. TodayTix acquired Secret Cinema in 2022, growing its participation in the immersive film and television events space and strengthening its market-leading position in the entertainment industry.
