IT Project Manager, FACEIT

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a related role for at least 5-8 years
• Familiarity with HR business processes
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience in creating detailed reports, process documentation, and presentations
• Previous experience in IT projects related to HR processes
• Familiarity with systems integration projects
• Advanced experience with Confluence and Jira
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile

• As a full-time IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion
• Your main challenge will be analyzing and assessing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that help meet business goals
• This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, and with high-quality results
• Plan and manage the entire IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Define project goals, work plans, and deadlines
• Coordinate the IT activities and business stakeholders to ensure project progress
• Gather and document business requirements by working with stakeholders and conducting detailed interviews
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of project goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and use cases
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with technical requirements
• Monitor project progress using the Jira project management tool
• Communicate project status to the internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Solve problems that may arise during the project lifecycle, intervening promptly to keep the project on schedule
• Prepare periodic reports and post-project analysis
