Who you are

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience conducting advanced financial forecasting, profit and loss (P&L) reporting, and operational metrics analysis to drive revenue optimization and strategic decision-making, including performing gap analysis; designing and rolling out systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, including leveraging automation tools for process improvements; coordinating headcount planning and budgeting exercises to optimize client profitability and capture wallet share; analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions for businesses covered; streamlining financial processes and enhancing efficiency through workflow automation to reduce operational costs; evaluating financial workflows, including identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and improve financial systems; performing statistical analysis of market data, risk assessments, and data-driven decision-making to optimize financial strategies; managing financial performance including allocating resources and ensuring profitability; and analyzing complex financial situations, identifying and addressing operational issues, and developing solutions to support financial activities and ensure compliance

Our take

Deutsche Bank is one of Europe's biggest banks, operating in around 60 countries. It has a long history but hasn't struggled to keep up with the changing times.
