Who you are
- You bring 5+ years experience in analytics engineering or data roles with significant exposure to software engineering practices
- You demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL with strong programming skills in Python or another high-level language
- You have deep expertise in analytics schema design and data pipeline optimization
- You've implemented comprehensive data quality frameworks and testing methodologies
- You have extensive experience with Snowflake, Mode, dbt, and modern data stack technologies
- You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (advanced degree a plus)
- You solve complex problems with a strategic mindset while maintaining attention to detail
- You excel at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and building consensus
- You balance thoughtful planning with pragmatic execution, consistently delivering high-value solutions
- You demonstrate thought leadership in analytics engineering, staying current with industry developments
- You navigate ambiguity effectively and drive results in fast-paced environments

- As our Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll elevate our analytics discipline by applying advanced engineering practices, mentoring team members, and establishing data frameworks that power critical business decisions across the organization
- The Analytics Engineering team sits at the critical intersection between data platform engineering and business analysis
- We apply rigorous software methodologies to analytics code, transforming raw data into accessible business intelligence
- Our team builds quality-assured workflows, documents business logic, and optimizes data models in production environments

- Lead high-impact projects that enhance data availability, quality, and accessibility across the organization
