As an AI/ML Engineer in the AI Research team, you'll be at the forefront of building agent environments and synthetic data, developing fully-autonomous agents, implementing sophisticated memory architectures, and enabling multi-agent interactions
The role involves creating state-of-the-art solutions that will transform how organizations leverage AI in their workflows, working directly with advanced language models and agent systems
The position combines practical engineering with research innovation, requiring expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and system architecture
You'll work with a collaborative team of researchers and engineers in Salesforce's world-class research division, contributing to both fundamental research and practical applications that shape the future of enterprise AI
This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI agents while working with one of the technology industry's most respected research teams
Develop agentic system infrastructure and components and data
Design and implement robust APIs and API framework-related features
