Head of Product, Banyan Infrastructure

• Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director of Product or VP level) at a B2B SaaS start up company
• Project finance expertise: Strong understanding of project finance principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Start-up mentality: Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
• Strategic thinker: Ability to think strategically and translate complex information into clear product strategies
• Data-driven decision maker: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product development

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Translate market trends, customer needs, and business goals into a compelling product vision and roadmap
• Lead and mentor the product team: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing product team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle: From ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration, you will own the entire product lifecycle
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting thorough market research and analyzing competitor offerings
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points through user research, feedback analysis, and direct engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful product launches
• Define and track key product metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
