Who you are

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in supporting sales, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably within the edtech market
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to completion
Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans

What the job involves

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations to optimize our revenue processes and drive growth
The person in this position will lead initiatives to improve sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and reporting capabilities and will report to the CRO
Develop and manage key revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
Implement and optimize CRM and other sales and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS and finance teams to align on revenue goals and strategies
Monitor and manage key revenue metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership
Drive process improvements and automation to streamline revenue operations workflows
