Do you have a keen interest working in the NFP sector supporting them create value from digital and data? The industry is in its most challenging era yet and so the threats and opportunities have never been bigger and we believe we can play a big part in this
Experience delivering complex data and digital projects using Microsoft technologies (Azure, PowerBI, Fabric, AgenticAI)
Building, leading and running teams, strong stakeholder management and general love of collaborating with diverse groups of people
Pre-sales, writing, story telling and the ability to influence people of all levels
No specific domain knowledge of the NFP sector but a deep desire to work in this space is required
Passion for continuous improvement—staying current with key challenges in the industry and how we build repeatable patterns to address these and deliver meaningful value quickly

What the job involves

Esynergy launched our NFP tech consulting practice recently and now support a number of NFP’s realise value from digital and data initiatives
We are seeking a talented individual to build out the practice, lead strategy & execution and turn this into a core pillar of our business and something unrivalled in the industry
You will be responsible for; growth of customers, engagement and growth of communities delivering our work and ultimately measuring the value we deliver
Set and execute NFP strategy to support the business deliver value to our customers & create something unique in this space
Winning new engagements, penetrating existing accounts, pre-sales, RFP’s, discoveries. Stakeholder management
Building and engaging communities who service our customers Creating practices as SME’s
Measuring & delivering value. Creating accelerators which support NFP achieve improved efficiencies and donations
Become a NFP thought leader for delivering digital and data value
