Senior Financial Analyst, 1X

• CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
• Background in manufacturing (OEM), supply chain, and engineering a plus
• GAAP accounting mastery needed to create models supporting consolidated financials
• Driver and automation of reporting, analytics, dashboard and ROI analysis
• Strong technical skills with SQL and Python (experience in financial automation is a major plus)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; able to build from scratch
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous analytical mindset
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
• Able to build critical relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment of hyper growth
• Extremely detail oriented with proven ability to multi- task in ambiguous situations
• Go getter with ability to drive into details, variance analysis and high level strategic recommendations
• Able to present to C-level executives and build relationships with key stakeholders

• We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst ideally with a CPA and strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and financial automation
• You’ll be responsible for building robust financial and accounting models from the ground up, driving insights that inform strategic decision-making, and partnering cross-functionally across the organization

• Build, maintain, and optimize financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Design and implement accounting models to improve visibility into financial performance

• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to understand key drivers and provide actionable insights
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and executive dashboards
• Ensure data integrity and reconcile financial data across systems
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and tools; lead automation and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders on ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives
