- Resourceful: You find creative solutions to building your business and closing revenue. You are experienced in pipeline generation and closing revenue

- Consultative: You have a strong background in HR Tech or related space, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer pain and you align the product value proposition around them
- Resilient: You remain solution oriented under pressure and bounce back from setbacks. You adapt your sales strategies in response to the market, customer feedback and company goals
- Adaptable: You are self-directed and resourceful, with clear and compelling communication skills, fueled by a passion for innovation and teamwork
- Have a low ego but a strong point of view
- Have a proven track record in a SaaS environments, with at least 5 years of experience
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Have a strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies (i.e.: MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale)
- Have outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Have experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Are highly motivated and dedicated

- As a hardworking Senior Account Executive, you will have a meaningful role in advancing our mission through effective strategies and impeccable execution
- Owning the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, present, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Driving Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and effectively positioning our product as the ideal solution
- Impeccable Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity and progress
- Demonstrating Product Expertise: Quickly learn and articulate Textio’s value proposition, features, and benefits and articulating it to different stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer engagement
- Developing a Feedback Loop: Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies

With over 1,300 trusted partnerships, including industry giants like Bloomberg, Cisco, and Spotify, Textio has established itself as a key player in promoting fair and equitable workplace practices.
