Who you are

A degree in Science, Economics, Philosophy, or a related field
3-5 years’ data analysis-related experience
Strong data analytical skills, specifically SQL
Proven working knowledge of PowerBI or Flourish
Proven knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices, and techniques
Experience with data collection
Proven experience of leadership and/or management of staff
Strong communication skills
Proven experience of working in a colaborative role
Have a positive and dynamic attitude where you are ready to try new things and get stuck in to an exciting start up

What the job involves

Working as part of Zeki’s Intelligence and Insights Team (I2), this is a collaborative role in ensuring that Zeki Research’s clients are provided with the best strategic advice and insights on emerging talent in Deep Technology
You will meeting client needs analysing our data, identify new trends for marketing outputs and monitor real world deep tech stories with which we can promote Zeki’s data
The role is responsible for providing analytical support to the Director of Intelligence and Insights (I2) and wider Team.
They ensure that the Company is able to deliver strategic analysis and insights on emerging talent in Deep Technology which includes:
1. Research and Analysis
Analysis and querying of data, principally using SQL
Visualising data with various tools, e.g. Flourish, PowerBi
Deriving actionable insights from Zeki’s data
Researching and identifying new data analysis tools
Communicating seamlessly between the Intelligence and Data teams throughout the insight generation and data analysis process
Being the ‘total analyst’, pushing further to understand what the data says and conduct qualitative analysis to corroborate or challenge the data
Preparing customer-specific analysis, and participating in meetings with clients, prospects, and partners
2. Working under the direction of the Director I2:
Providing analytical oversight and leadership in support of Director I2
Assisting in the development of Zeki intelligence services, including contributing to a range of corporate activities
Developing the Zeki intelligence brand and analytical governance
