Who you are
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent

What the job involves
- We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training
- We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life
- Provide admin support to the product team, maintaining filing systems for lab dips, strike offs and bulk fabric. Sending out DHL parcels
- Manage supplier critical paths running the weekly meetings and updating product team where necessary
- Maintain and manage the samples with garment tech, ensuring they are available for all meetings
- Support the garment tech in fit sessions ensuring garments are ready for fit sessions and critical path is on track
- Ordering photo shoot samples with suppliers, ensuring they are delivered on time and are correct
- Provide all necessary ad-hoc analysis as required by the buyer/merch such as competitive shops
- Reports into: Assistant Buyer
- Contract Type: Permanent, full-time working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week

It also plans to develop its shopping platform by implementing functions that have become common among its competitors, for instance holds on items in the basket and an expanded range of payment processors. If these steps enable it to break through to a even wider audience then Oner Active is in a good position to build a significant business.
