Who you are
- We're looking for people who actively use AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and impact in their work
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience in people and project management (ideally in a distributed environment)
- Fluency in English
- Javascript/Typescript experience
- Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees)
- Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
- You have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field

- As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in building, growing, and leading the talents that are responsible for developing innovative features for our B2B and B2C customers
- You’ll be responsible for a group of talented and high-performing engineering team composed of front-end and back-end engineers, to deliver highly scalable, innovative, stable, and secure solutions
- You’ll also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including confidential computing platforms, to keep Dashlane ahead of the curve

- Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within your team, as the business and product complexity grow at a rapid pace
- Help your direct reports grow and develop as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates
- Recruit new software engineers, and participate in Dashlane’s effort to be visible in the tech community in Paris
- Support your team and make them autonomous by giving them all the appropriate tools they need to deliver without friction
- Lead managerial initiatives to improve our current systems and processes in support of the company’s mission
- Deliver Engineering strategy goals and actively contribute to shaping roadmaps and technical initiatives, including refinement sessions, ADRs, and other technical documents
- Work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver on our Product Roadmap
- Help define the direction of the Product Experience teams to improve the stability, security, and quality of the Dashlane product
- Work with passionate teams of engineers, product managers, testers, customer support agents, and others in a friendly and multicultural environment

For both individuals and businesses, cyberattacks are an invasion of privacy that can have both financial implications and cause damage to reputations. Creating more unique and secure passwords can then become harder to remember and more complicated to enter.
Dashlane is a web and mobile app that simplifies password management for people and businesses. It makes the internet easier by autofilling passwords, payments, and personal information. With 15+ million users from over 20,000 businesses across 200 countries currently using its software, the company continuously scans over 20 billion hack/breach records each day.
The company faces stiff competition from the likes of LastPass, 1Password, and Bitwarden. To stay price competitive in the market, Dashlane launched a reduced plan with the essential features and in 2023, launched the Dashlane Confidential SSO (Single Sign-On), further differentiating itself from its competitors. They also have innovative tools and a user-friendly interface which will help it stand out from the crowd.
