You can identify high-impact use cases for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, define clear product requirements, and navigate the technical and ethical trade-offs required to ship intelligent features that solve real-world member problems
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Principal Product Manager - AI & Innovation to rapidly design, build, and prototype new product capabilities from the ground up. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings
- You will be a hands-on builder and a strategic leader, taking concepts from the idea stage to functional prototypes. You will work closely with leadership and product management to transform our roadmap into tangible, high-impact features that protect our members
- This role reports directly to the Head of AI

- Prototyping: Lead the end-to-end rapid prototyping process, from initial concept to functional prototype, ensuring initiatives meet defined success criteria. Translate ambiguous business concepts into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for prototype development. Identify, procure, and manage a dedicated toolset to enable the efficient creation and testing of functional prototypes
- Technical Product Strategy: Partner with CSOC leadership, Engineering and the Director of Product Innovation to vet new ideas, assess technical feasibility, and define architectural approaches that align with our long-term product vision
- Technology & Market Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, third-party services, and frameworks based on their potential to solve member problems and create strategic advantages for BlackCloak
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of new product concepts, from initial research and hypothesis testing to building the business case and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders before committing to full-scale development
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with our platform, mobile, and security engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration of successful prototypes into our existing ecosystem
Our take
As international cybersecurity efforts have strengthened corporate and state environments, cybercriminals are focusing more on individuals. High-net-worth and high-profile individuals are softer targets. And, whilst cybersecurity and defence companies focus on protecting larger networks, these people do not have a platform to fortify their digital assets.
BlackCloak provides this missing safety with digital executive protection for family offices and individuals, delivering a triple-pronged suite of digital guidance, concierge and automation tools. Its data hardening and financial safeguarding are complemented by location tracking and cyberstalking protection, reaching out of the digital space and into physical protection too.
The company differentiates itself in the crowded cybersecurity market by this focus on the individual over the company. And, with 28% of ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices and family businesses experiencing cyberattacks, it has a lot of potential. Investors think so too, investing funds that will be directed into further enhancing its platform.
