Who you are

3+ years’ experience in administering learning projects and/or training facilitation
Degree or qualification in Organisational Psychology, Managing Organisational Learning or equivalent work experience (ideal but not required)
Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Strong sense of personal accountability for driving results
Awareness of how to be inclusive for our diverse workforce and how to adapt learning solutions to cater to a blend of head-office based and remote workers

What the job involves

As an Associate Talent Development Partner, you will work directly with members of the Talent Development and HX teams to help equip our humans with the right skills and behaviours to drive business success
Reporting to: Director, Global Talent Development
Develop and deliver engaging learning interventions that are aligned to our business goals
Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, gathering feedback and assessing training effectiveness to continuously improve learning content
Organise and manage events, trainings and meetings
Maintaining training records on the Learning Management System
Provide administrative support to learning programs including program registration, attendance tracking, pre-work and follow-up activities
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing training outcomes data and trends
