Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Up to 3 years’ experience in software development, implementation engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting
- Proficient in Python (or a similar language, with a willingness to work in Python)
- Comfortable using SQL and working with data management systems
- You’re hands-on and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership
- You’re analytical and curious, always looking to understand how things work and how to make them better
- You collaborate naturally across teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
- You take pride in delivering work that’s reliable, practical, and creates real value for customers
- You’re proactive in spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping the team move faster
Desirable
- Experience with PostgreSQL database design
- Familiarity with computer vision or ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch)
- Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), API integrations, or data engineering best practices

- You’ll play a key role in turning customer needs into scalable, reliable solutions — bridging product, engineering, and delivery
- This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working hands-on with complex systems, and takes pride in making things work seamlessly for users and partners
- You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success — turning complex setups into smooth, scalable implementations that deliver real results
- Your mission: ensure seamless deployment & integration with long-term success of our solutions in production
- Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions that meet customer needs
- Implement smart automations to make deployments faster and more efficient
- Collaborate with delivery teams to define scope and success criteria
- Configure APIs, tools, and integrations for smooth implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the project lifecycle
- Partner with sales & marketing to translate customer goals into tailored solutions
- Support onboarding and ensure a seamless handover to ongoing success
- Prepare clear technical documentation and training materials
- Build scripts or tools that speed up delivery and improve outcomes
- Keep communication clear and aligned across teams and stakeholders
- Stay up to date with cloud, automation, and ML technologies
- Share ideas that help us deliver and scale better every time

It substitutes the expensive and rare real-world data required to train CV algorithms with synthetically generated data to provide massive, rich and diverse low-cost data sets at a fraction of the cost and time.
Working with leading CPG brands, Neurolabs' Image Recognition technology utilises synthetic data and digital twins. It combines advanced machine learning techniques and CGI models to create large sets of perfectly labelled data that is optimised for CV, giving its customers scalable and accurate insights. The company’s proprietary CV technology enables rapid state-of-the-art development of object recognition solutions across multiple use cases and industries, accelerating the automation of repetitive visual tasks.
Its technology empowers both small and large customers to implement CV applications with minimal resources and costs — no coding required, no tedious data labelling, and no image gathering. Its partners use the technology to automate generic object recognition tasks in industries ranging from hospitality to retail and manufacturing.
