Role
Who you are
- This role is ideal for an established customer-facing professional who enjoys complex enterprise environments, takes ownership and wants to deepen their expertise in enterprise AI and automation
- Professional fluency in German and English is required. You must be confident leading customer meetings, workshops and strategic business discussions in German
- At least 3 years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Value Consulting, Enterprise Consulting or a comparable customer-facing role
- Professional fluency in both German and English, with the confidence to lead customer meetings, workshops and business discussions in German
- A strong track record of working with enterprise customers and managing complex relationships across multiple business and IT stakeholders
- A background in enterprise software, AI, automation or other complex technology solutions, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment
- Take ownership and move customer topics forward without waiting for detailed instructions
- Build trust while confidently challenging customers and internal stakeholders when needed
- Translate complex technology and business processes into clear recommendations and actions
- Stay effective when priorities, processes and responsibilities evolve
- Balance strategic customer engagement with disciplined follow-through and execution
- Focus on measurable business impact rather than activity alone
Desirable
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services or similar enterprise processes
- Familiarity with AI Agents, Intelligent Document Processing, workflow automation or related enterprise automation technologies
- Commercial exposure to renewals, expansion opportunities, business cases or value-based customer conversations
- Confidence working with customer health indicators, product-usage data and measurable success metrics
What the job involves
- Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships at the intersection of AI, automation and business-process transformation
- At Hypatos, you will help leading organizations turn AI initiatives into measurable operational outcomes
- You will work with stakeholders across business, IT, Finance Operations, Global Business Services and transformation teams to increase adoption, realize value and expand the use of our platform
- Build and develop trusted, strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across business and IT
- Translate customer objectives into clear success plans and measurable outcomes, including stronger adoption, higher automation rates, improved process quality and operational efficiency
- Own customer health, retention and expansion by identifying risks early and developing additional use cases and growth opportunities
- Lead business reviews, governance meetings and strategic workshops, turning complex technical and operational topics into clear business actions
- Coordinate Sales, Product, Solution Consulting, Professional Services and Support to deliver a consistent customer experience and represent the voice of the customer internally
