Role
Who you are
- EQL is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our team and work on our InfoShare product. InfoShare is a specialised solution designed to facilitate secure and seamless information sharing in government and welfare settings. Through a user-friendly interface enhanced by chatbot technology, InfoShare automates communication processes, ensuring that health information reaches the right hands, streamlining assessments, and connecting individuals with essential resources.
- As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and improving InfoShare, contributing to its success in transforming how government agencies and suppliers communicate and serve the public.

What the job involves
- Collaborate with the product team to write and manage Jira tickets based on technical specifications and InfoShare-specific product requirements, ensuring all necessary details are captured and clearly communicated
- Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), drafting and refining documentation to align with the strategic goals of InfoShare and its stakeholders
- Conduct basic wireframing to visualise early-stage product concepts and facilitate effective team discussions
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release testing to maintain high-quality standards and meet user expectations
- Assist in user research and interviews to gather actionable insights that guide user-centred product development
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making processes and inform product evolution
- Prepare and deliver Miro presentations to developers, stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring proposals are clearly communicated and well-received
- Develop training materials, support documents, and release notes to ensure seamless feature rollouts and adoption
- Collaborate with the team on bug tracking, reporting, and resolution to maintain product performance and reliability
- Work closely with senior Product Managers to adapt and refine the product roadmap, responding to evolving user needs and feedback
Application process
- Initial Screening: (15-30 minute) video call to discuss background, experience, and role alignment
- Hiring Interview: (45-60 minute) video call to dive deeper into skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Short (15-30min) product-focused take-home task to be presented by interviewee during the Hiring Interview.
- Team Interview (if applicable): 30-minute video call with potential team members to assess team fit and collaboration style.
Our take
EQL believes that it's very difficult to manage a health condition: from finding the right doctor, to keeping track of the symptoms, there are many steps that must be followed by patients in order to recover. The company aims to facilitate this process by creating Phio - an AI-driven chatbot that helps patients recover faster without any human intervention.

Phio Access and Phio Engage are two tools that use AI and machine learning to understand each patient's condition and empower him/her on their MSK healthcare journey. The tools help patients in various ways, such as through recommending them exercise programs tailored to their condition, allowing them to track their recovery progress, and providing them with real-time conversations with AI specially designed to adapt to 3k+ scenarios.
