Role
Who you are
- 2-3 years of previous experience with accounting
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting processes
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to work remotely independently and with a team
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and cross-check information from various sources
- Fluent business English, would be a plus if you can speak German and/or French
- SaaS experience would be an advantage
- Preferably previous experience using Salesforce, Netsuite and Rydoo
What the job involves
- Join Uberall’s finance team and play a key role as a Financial Operations Analyst in managing and forecasting customer revenue
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the Sales team with all financial topics and assist with daily accounting tasks
- If you have a keen analytical mindset and a passion for finance, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment
- Forecast and reconcile monthly revenue, using the data points available MRR / ARR Flash (Monthly / Annual Recurring Revenue)
- Compare Flash to actuals at month end to ensure all revenue & changes have been captured, revenue recognition is shown correctly and any variances are understood and explained to VP Finance and CFO
- Validation of new deal bookings according to our internal policies and monthly reporting
- Finance business partner for the Sales Organization regarding all financial questions
- Auditing of travel expenses and booking in our ERP system
- Support the EMEA accounting team with daily and monthly financial and accounting activities
