Role
Who you are
- We are seeking a creative, well-organised, and collaborative Senior Content Executive to join us in the development and execution of impactful content strategies
- Proven experience in content and creative marketing, with a strong and distinct creative vision
- Significant experience in content strategy, creation, and editing, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web content
- Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Understanding of performance marketing and CRM
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an unwavering commitment to quality and accuracy
- A background or passion for fashion, design, beauty, and sustainability
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and deliver exceptional results under pressure
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Basic SEO knowledge and data-driven content optimisation skills (desirable)
- Undergraduate level degree (desirable)
- Some weekend work required for certain marketing events/launches
- Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Soho, London, alongside remote working
What the job involves
- This role will focus on ideating, creating, implementing and optimising content across email, social media, and onsite to engage audiences, drive sales, and amplify the Wolf & Badger brand
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with customer personas and brand guidelines
- Own monthly themes, delivering compelling ideas that highlight key marketing dates and trends and disseminating these across teams and to brands
- Lead the content strategy for growth across categories identifying opportunities to showcase specific categories effectively
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor content strategies to position Wolf & Badger as a leader in fashion and lifestyle
- Support in the production of emails for the CRM team where needed
- Manage the end-to-end production of content and creative for key channels, including email campaigns, social media, onsite features, and the online magazine
- Develop and implement our onsite visual content strategy, determining the best cadence for updates through testing, as well as ensuring our onsite content strategy is always commercially informed and the very best representation of our community of brands
- Source, organize, and distribute imagery for marketing campaigns, social media assets, and homepage updates
- Drive the content ideation and execution for Pinterest, from strategy to reporting and performance analysis
- Develop and implement organic social content plans, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across platforms
- Monitor performance across social channels, using data to inform improvements and optimize engagement strategies
- Serve as a champion of the Wolf & Badger brand, ensuring content aligns with tone, visuals, and brand values
- Provide content briefs and guidance to store teams to align physical and digital branding efforts
- Partner with the wider marketing team to ensure brand feature requests and ad-hoc content needs are addressed and recorded promptly
- Support weekly performance reporting for social and digital channels, extracting insights to refine content approaches
- Track and report on content performance across newsletters, magazine features, and social media, tying efforts to engagement and revenue outcomes
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and test new formats or ideas
