What the job involves
- The Campaign Delivery Analyst will be responsible for testing and execution of key customer communications. This also includes the reporting of campaign KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Marketing to create new and update existing communications
- Deliver effective implementation and management of marketing campaigns using online tools
- Execute SQL scripts to extract and QC email selection lists, for both regular and ad-hoc campaigns
- Ensure data captured at an acceptable quality level and made available to track effectiveness of campaigns
- Provide scheduled management information to monitor marketing campaign performance
- Ensure thorough and appropriate testing is undertaken for all campaign deployments
- Help manage data imports/exports between online tools and SQL database
- Create and maintain processes documentation for campaign execution management
- Perform regular data quality checks and ensure all automated Campaign processes are running as expected
