Demand Generation Manager, Y42

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or marketing roles, preferably in high-growth tech companies or startups
• Strong focus on customer understanding and leveraging insights from buyer’s journey, triggers, etc. to design holistic demand generation programs
• Track record in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
• Hands-on content strategy with focus on generating demand
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong bias for action

• You'll work directly with our Company President, running strategic initiatives to generate demand and convert that into sales opportunities in a competitive landscape
• Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, webinars, “dark” social, and events
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
• Take ownership of budget management and allocation, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend
