What the job involves
- Hightouch is seeking an interactive brand designer with experience specializing in web design to help bring our product ideas to life through engaging digital experiences
- You’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling web pages, interactive elements, and digital assets that tell our brand story
- As part of a small and nimble brand design team, you’ll also have the opportunity to work across all facets of the brand, including product illustrations, social content, events, and sales materials
- You’ll work closely with our marketing, product design, and engineering teams to craft a distinctive and memorable brand that sets us apart in the market and drives the company’s success

- Design and develop responsive web experiences while maintaining brand consistency, user experience, and accessibility standards
- Build and maintain a component-based design system to streamline content updates
- Develop rapid prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterating quickly based on feedback
- Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms
- Ability to take ownership of a variety of projects, ranging from web pages to digital ad campaigns
- Stay at the forefront of web design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand
Our take
The use of data integration software involves combining data from different sources to provide users with a unified view. Due to the growing need to combine several heterogeneous data sources, along with the rise of cloud computing, demand for effective data integration tools and services has been increasing.
While Fivetran is one of the most prominent platforms companies use to “extract, transform, and load” data into its warehouse, Hightouch does the opposite of that, what has become known as “reverse ETL.” For example, a company could use Fivetran to get the data into its warehouse and then use Hightouch to get the data from the warehouse and into Salesforce.
Hightouch serves a diverse range of clients, from B2B giants like Kong, Plaid, and Mattermost to B2C leaders like Nando's and Autotrader. With recent acquisitions including the product-led sales automation startup Workbase and the knowledge management startup Whatis, alongside an expanded partnership with Snowflake, Highlight continues to enhance its capabilities and provide seamless data activation for its growing customer base.
